The BLUEGNSS final event will take place in Rome on the 18th of July 2018.
The event will be dedicated to presenting the achievements of the activities performed by the Project in the past 30 months and the experiences made by the people involved.
The GSA-funded BLUEGNSS Project (Promoting EGNSS Operational Adoption in the BLUE MED FAB) has developed innovation technologies to maximise the potential of the European GNSS and its adoption in civil aviation.
The Consortium, led by ENAV, sees the participation of the other BLUE MED FAB ANSPs partners - DCAC, HCAA and MATS - and was complemented by an industrial partner, IDS (Italy).
BLUEGNSS’s primary objective was to develop European Global Navigation Satellite System (EGNSS) aeronautical applications for approaches in 11 airports in order to increase their accessibility and safety, while providing training for procedure designers.
