Air Navigation Service Providers Committee

The Air Navigation Services Providers Committee (ANSPC) is established under Article 22 of the SLA and is composed of one representative of each ANSP included in the written agreement of joint designation pursuant to Article 10 of the SLA. The ANSPC has competence on matters as provided in the relevant SES legislation and additional tasks entrusted to it by the Governing Board.
